Since its inception in 1998, Petey Green
has headed B&W’s CBRC bringing with him almost
40 years of experience as a manager and
administrator. His unique set of
qualifications, developed from his employment
in private industry as well as with the
federal and county government, enables him to
be a skilled organizer and astute negotiator.
After a 20-year U.S. Air Force career, he
managed housing, sales, and administrative
operations and worked in the financial
planning field. During his tenure as a
legislative aide
to the Prince
George’s County Council, he
resolved constituent issues by
working hand-in-hand with
community leaders and government officials. As
President of the Prince George’s Black Chamber
during its premier and subsequent year, Mr.
Green served as a catalyst to initiate greater
collaboration among its membership, created
new business relationships through its
mentor-protégé partnerships,
and hosted a number of
educational and informational sessions
designed to build the knowledge base and
capacity of its members.

Paul Lambert
brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the
computer networks and software domain. Prior
to joining the B&W team in 2001, he worked on
a number of information system projects in the
private sector and for various federal
agencies. As a network administrator and as a
consultant, Mr. Lambert has been hands-on in
the installation of new systems, configuration
of servers, upgrades of existing systems, and
disaster recovery.
He has created and designed a network firewall
to assure security of B&W’s system and has
installed a variety of network and workstation
software. Paul also manages B&W’s state-of-the
art phone system.

A 20-year expert in the human resources
management arena, Diane Lewis became a
part of the B&W family in 1998. Her direct
experience in federal HR practices includes
staffing, classification, and personnel policy
development and implementation. Over the
course of her career, she has worked for Army,
Air Force, Interior, and Health and Human
Services and has led teams that deliver the
full-range of HR services and has personally
provided expertise in staffing and
classification. Ms. Lewis’s experiences also
include helping to develop, then apply,
non-standard classification and pay approaches
under approved demonstration projects.

Mike Little
has served as the executive leader of all the
B&W enterprises. A visionary, who is
recognized for his ability to capably develop
corporate strategies to acquire and build new
business, he is proficient at aligning
appropriate resources to address the
ever-changing needs of his clients–federal
agencies, local government, community
businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
With over two decades of managerial experience
and expert skills in strategic
planning, business development, customer
service, and community relations, he began his
career as a systems analyst specializing in
human resources data systems in the U.S. Air
Force. Active in the community and astute in
identifying opportunities, Mr. Little also
uses his entrepreneurial
expertise to build alliances with other
companies–helping
small businesses network and advance their
participation in governmental and private
ventures.

After working in human resources programs for
both private industry and the federal
government, Michelle Manley joined B&W
in 1998 as its human resources manager. Her
ability to confidently and resourcefully
manage complex assignments through people is
her forte–a
valuable skill mastered while working the
front lines in the HR arena. Always
approaching projects with the goal of assuring
quality service, her applied field experience
enables her to proficiently identify potential
problems and formulate strategies to
effectively resolve issues to the satisfaction
of the customer. Ms. Manley is currently
pursuing a degree in human resources.
